Rabobank is looking for quantitative top talents to join Rabobank’s risk modelling team.
As a modelling team member you will gain an in-depth understanding of various risk management areas (stress testing, IFRS 9, credit management) and will become an expert in this field. By generating and sharing insights with the business, you will responsible for enabling strategic and operational data-driven decision making. As Young Professional, you will start in the Credit Modelling department in Risk Management. The department is responsible for the quantitative development of models from start to finish, data quality checks, analyses to create a new model, discuss the results with stakeholders inside and outside the bank (expert users, senior management, and supervisors), correct implementation of the model in systems and regular monitoring of the model.
We seek outstanding individuals with superior analytical and mathematical skills. Cooperative minds with an interest in Finance and Risk Management are definitely valued.
- Completed a Master or PhD in Econometrics/Mathematics/Physics or comparable
- A maximum of 2 years of experience
- Affinity with Finance and/or risk management
- Interest in quantitative analyses and programming (i.e. Matlab, Python)
- Living in the Netherlands
- Your ambition is to play a key role in a dynamic environment in a large financial institution

The first round interviews will take place in week 4.
Together with 30 talented people you will start in a training program in order to develop yourself on both technical and soft skills. This program will start in March 2017.
